Anong klaseng damit ka?

May mga taong Branded, Tiangge, Imitasyon at Ukay.

Taong Branded

Upper branded at Lower branded.

Upper branded- those who can afford.

Just to satisfy ego needs na makasabay sa "in".

Presto! Bagong anyo!

Mamili ka at mag-mix and match!

Fashion Must-Haves

Filipinas has trully evolved in terms of fashion. And when it comes to fashion there are so may fashion-icons who had become favorites of women's crowd not only here in the Philippines but all over the world, like Audrey Hepburn, whom many fashion critics thought as one of the best and most-liked fashion icon. There is also Jackie Onasis who influenced the Oh-so big-shadies-- who doesn't have those kinds of shades? There is Madonna or Manilyn Monroe, also.

But do we really have to buy "these and those" to become truly fashionable?
Or worst become fashion-victims instead of future or todays fashion-icon to your school, office and down the road because of the wrong fashion must-haves?...

Oh!Oh!
Starting now try to sort out your things in your closet!
Check if you have these MUST-HAVES!:

1. LBD

Your oh-so Little Black Dress

The "little black dress" is considered essential to a complete wardrobe by many women and fashion observers, who believe it a "rule of fashion" that every woman should own a simple, elegant black dress that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion: for example, worn with a jacket and pumps for daytime business wear or with more ornate jewelry and accessories for evening. Because it is meant to be a staple of the wardrobe for a number of years, the style of the little black dress ideally should be as simple as possible: a short black dress that is too clearly part of a trend would not qualify because it would soon appear dated.

2. Pearl Earrings

Basic accesory for any looks may it be for beach, gym or for parties. With this you can never go wrong! Try to wear it with your white top and pair of skinny jeans, Voila! An instant elegant look meeting up with your friends.

3. Pair of jeans

It can make or break your look. Itcan create many looks. A rock-star, by pairing with glitzy top. A casual look, by pairing your jeans with more dress up tops .

4. Sun-glasses

It can Glam-up any look. It gives the twist of elegance may you be on your "im-so-dress-up day" or the lazy afternoon way to the mall. It is not only considered as fashion contribution but also it is also beneficial for your eyes, for its protection.

5. White Classsic Plain Top

A white top is a savior on your not-so-good day. You may wear it in any kinds of bottoms may it be jeans, tights, shorts or minis. It may also serve as cover up for your bikinis on your way to beach. Or you can even dress it up with accessories or cover-ups

6. Pumps

Jeans, tights, minis and shorts, pair it with your pumps! Then your dress up. Black pumps can be used on your corporate enganements, parties and a walk for mall with friends. Make it sure that it fits well so that you won't sacrifice your comfort for fashion

7.A tote or purse

Another basic is a black tote that you can carry anytime of the day. Amore dress up purse may create your look for the evening cocktail.

8. Good Underwear

This is really a must have. What's inside makes you look good outside. Right undies for good dresses.

9. A nice cover up

Cardigans. bolero, jacket etc.Anything that is plain can be glamorized or can make it more simple. It also protects your body from cold weather. Just put it on then you're ready to go!

10. Nice Bikini

What is vacation or a weekend swimming party without bikinis? Well, black bikinis is more advisable to avail, because you may use it several times. Who'll tell you wore it more than once?
Like an LBD for your swimming-party!

Pamela Bianca Manalo
was crowned as the new Miss Philippines-Universe during a Miss Philippines 2009 coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon city, metro Manila on March 8, 2009.

Pamela Manalo is an advertising college graduate from Assumption college, same school where i graduated.

Pamela is:

  • Age: 22 years old
  • Place of birth: Manila
  • Province: Metro Manila
  • Education: College Graduate Advertising
  • Height: 5′10″
  • Weight: 149 lbs
  • Vital Statistics: 36 1/2-26-36

Pamela Manalo beat 24 ladies. She will represent her country in the 58th Miss Universe 2009 in the Bahamas. The pageant will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 30, 2009.

About 80 countries and territories are expected to compete. The pageant will broadcast live on NBC and Telemundo.

Fashion is a never ending expedition. As a hot topic I would like to take a deeper look with her wardrobe is for this year’s Ms. Universe 2009.

The long gown is definitely far better than the gowns worn by the previous Misses Philippines Universe, I still feel there is missing on it. I guess there's something with the overwhelming slit that emphasizes long legs that Bianca has. Or is it because she has also a longer torso? Or the gown should be a little longer? I don't know since I am not good in designing gowns. Maybe you can help me figure it out. Pamela poses like Miriam with her long arms. She is trying to make her shoulder broader to highlight the curves of her body. Nice work Pamela and hope you will improve more.
